Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Senior Network Administrator with extensive experience in Cisco technologies to join our innovative IT team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our network infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance while implementing new solutions to meet our growing needs.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement robust network architecture to support business needs.
  • Conduct regular backups to safeguard network configurations and data.
  • Evaluate and recommend new networking technologies and equipment.
  • Perform capacity planning to ensure network services meet demand.
  • Coordinate with service providers to manage external network services.
  • Oversee the deployment of network services for new projects.
  • Participate in incident response efforts for network security breaches.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and proactive problem-solving within the team.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Networking
  • Master's degree in a related field is advantageous
Experience
  • At least 5 years in network administration, specifically Cisco technologies.
