Job Description

As the Classification and Treatment Director, you will be pivotal in managing the treatment processes while ensuring compliance with industry regulations. This role demands strategic leadership to enhance service delivery and achieve optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the implementation of treatment programs and strategies.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to improve treatment outcomes.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews of classification processes.
  • Engage in community outreach to understand the needs of various populations.
  • Maintain and update procedures to align with regulatory changes.
  • Support staff in the management of sensitive information.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
  • Evaluate and select appropriate treatment methodologies.
  • Establish performance metrics for treatment effectiveness.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Criminology or Social Work
  • Master's degree with a focus on Rehabilitation is advantageous
Experience
  • At least 5 years of managerial experience in rehabilitation services.
