As a Warehouse Manager, you will lead warehouse operations, ensuring seamless inventory management and efficient supply chain processes. The ideal candidate will have a knack for logistics and a hands-on approach to problem-solving. Your role will involve supervising warehouse staff, maintaining safety standards, and liaising with transport teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate all warehouse operations, including logistics and scheduling.
• Conduct training sessions for new employees on safety and operational procedures.
• Analyze processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Maintain a safe working environment for all staff and adhere to health and safety guidelines.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts.
• Develop strategies for minimizing waste and improving cost-efficiency.
• Assist in resolving operational problems and manage crisis situations effectively.
• Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed to maintain adequate inventory.
• Support the development of the warehouse team through leadership and mentorship.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Logistics or related field

Experience

• 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse
