Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing warehouse teams and processes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and enforce operational policies and procedures.
  • Support logistics and shipping processes to optimize flow.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for staff on safety and operational procedures.
  • Participate in budget planning and cost control initiatives.
  • Track and analyze warehouse performance metrics.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse.
  • Act as a liaison between management and warehouse staff.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and service providers.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree is a significant advantage
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in supervisorial roles within a warehouse environment
