Job Description

We seek a passionate Communications Teacher to lead courses in communication studies at the postsecondary level. You will engage students in classroom discussions, facilitate projects, and aid them in developing essential communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Teach undergraduate courses related to communication.
  • Facilitate discussions that promote critical thinking.
  • Support students in developing their communication skills through practical assignments.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge on instructional methodologies.
  • Collaborate with faculty to improve academic programs.
  • Engage in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills.
  • Provide mentorship in student projects and research work.
  • Contribute to community engagement initiatives.
  • Assist in the coordination of departmental events.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Communication Studies or related field
  • Teaching qualification is a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years teaching experience in higher education
