Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Training and Development Coordinator to enhance our learning initiatives in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing effective training programs, facilitating workshops, and evaluating employee training needs.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize various training methodologies to foster learning among diverse groups.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in training and development.
  • Collaborate with other departments to create cross-functional training opportunities.
  • Compile reports and presentations on training outcomes for stakeholders.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Organizational Development
  • Specialist certificates in Learning and Development preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years in a training coordinator role or similar field
