Responsibilities

• Design civil engineering projects including roads, bridges, and drainage systems.
• Conduct site inspections and assessments of completed and ongoing projects.
• Collaborate with contractors and architects to ensure design accuracy.
• Prepare project documentation including reports, drawings, and specifications.
• Monitor project budgets and timelines to ensure successful completion.
• Maintain compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and interns.
• Engage with stakeholders to provide project updates and gather feedback.
• Solve engineering challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to strategic planning.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in civil engineering.
