Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing engineering processes and suggest improvements.
• Participate in the design and development of production systems.
• Standardize procedures and promote best practices in the workplace.
• Lead projects aimed at process optimisation.
• Identify and rectify process inefficiencies.
• Monitor and report on project progress and outcomes.
• Collaborate with management to set engineering objectives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or relevant discipline
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role
