Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical, emotional, and social needs.
• Design and facilitate rehabilitation programs to enhance daily living skills.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans and modify as needed.
• Work with community resources to aid client recovery.
• Conduct workshops for caregivers on managing clients' needs.
• Support clients in achieving personal goals through therapy.
• Keep accurate records of client interactions and outcomes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field
• Continuing education in specialized therapies is a plus

Experience

• Experience in outpatient rehabilitation settings preferred
