Job Description

As a Property, Real Estate, and Community Association Manager, you will oversee the entire lease administration process across our diverse property portfolio. This includes ensuring compliance with lease terms, guiding leasing agents, and performing regular audits to maintain high standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate lease administration for a large portfolio of properties
  • Ensure timely and accurate lease renewals, terminations, and rent collections
  • Conduct market research to inform leasing strategies
  • Foster relationships with tenants and address their concerns promptly
  • Implement strategies for enhancing tenant satisfaction and retention
  • Prepare and manage budgets related to property management
  • Monitor and mitigate risks associated with leasing and property operations

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Property Management or related field
  • Master's degree in Business Administration is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years in property management with at least 3 years of supervisory experience
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of local property laws

Certifications
  • National Association of Residential Property Managers Certification (NARPM)
  • Association of Residential Managing Agents (ARMA) Certification
