Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Administrator to manage healthcare operations in our Johannesburg office. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of healthcare policies to ensure compliance and efficient service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Administer healthcare operations and improve efficiency.
  • Lead compliance initiatives and quality assurance processes.
  • Administer financial management and budgeting activities.
  • Facilitate communication between management and healthcare professionals.
  • Implement strategic plans to improve patient care services.
  • Collect and analyze data to evaluate service effectiveness.
  • Train staff on healthcare management best practices.
  • Manage patient flow and enhance operational workflows.
  • Audit administrative processes for quality control.
  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new staff.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or Business Management
  • Master’s degree is an advantage

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in healthcare management
