The successful candidate will manage financial records, prepare financial statements, and ensure compliance with accounting regulations. Responsibilities

• Manage daily financial operations and transactions.
• Prepare monthly financial reports for management review.
• Conduct variance analysis and report on discrepancies.
• Ensure timely submission of VAT and Tax submissions.
• Collaborate with external auditors during audits.
• Review and improve financial policies and procedures.
• Implement financial systems and controls to improve processes.
• Train and support junior accounting staff.
• Stay updated with changes in accounting regulations.
• Engage with clients regarding financial queries and advice.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA or similar qualification is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance
