Job Description

We are looking for a qualified Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team in Port Elizabeth. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining mechanical systems while ensuring that project objectives are met effectively and on time.

Responsibilities

• Draft and evaluate technical specifications for mechanical systems.
• Execute test procedures to ensure system functionality.
• Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to procure materials.
• Assist in the development of project timelines and work schedules.
• Oversee installation and commissioning of mechanical systems.
• Monitor project progress and suggest corrective actions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Additional qualifications in Project Management are a plus

Experience

• 5+ years in mechanical design and project management

• AutoCAD

• English: Fluent
