Job Description

As a Psychiatrist within our esteemed firm, you'll focus on studying human behavior patterns to develop and implement effective strategies aimed at improving mental health. Your analytical skills will guide you in conducting thorough research, creating reports, and making data-driven recommendations to help our clients navigate behavioral issues.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze client data to inform treatment planning.
  • Lead focus groups to gather insights on behavioral trends.
  • Develop training materials for staff and external partners.
  • Collaborate with academic institutions for research initiatives.
  • Assist in the development of new programs based on behavioral research.
  • Advocate for best practices in behavioral analysis within the community.
  • Provide supervision and mentorship to junior staff.
  • Contribute to agency policy regarding mental health practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field preferred
Experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in conducting behavioral analysis and interventions.
