Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Healthcare Administrator to oversee the operational activities within our healthcare facility in Pretoria. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring efficient service delivery, managing staff, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. This position requires strong organizational skills and a passion for enhancing patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Establish operational goals and performance metrics for staff.
  • Conduct evaluations of staff performance to provide constructive feedback.
  • Engage with patients to gather feedback and improve services.
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Manage inventory and supplies to ensure the facility runs smoothly.
  • Oversee the implementation of health and safety protocols.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and care quality.
  • Develop strategic relationships with community organizations.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare policies and legal standards.
  • Organize and manage health promotion events and community outreach programs.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in Healthcare Management is preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare administration
