We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our vibrant team in Durban. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator with a knack for ensuring customer satisfaction, driving retention, and managing client relationships effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all warehouse inventory and storage systems.
• Develop training and performance improvement plans for staff.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Coordinate with transport companies to ensure timely delivery.
• Evaluate and optimize warehouse layout to improve workflow.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards within the warehouse.
• Facilitate communication between warehouse and other departments.
• Ensure timely pickup and delivery scheduling for shipments.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or Logistics
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration is preferred

Experience

• 5 years of experience in warehouse operations
