Job Description

We are looking for an organized and proactive Logistics Coordinator to manage our logistics processes in Port Elizabeth. You will be responsible for logistics planning, coordinating transportation, and liaising with suppliers to ensure seamless operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics operations and ensure efficient transportation of goods.
• Manage inventory levels and oversee stock management.
• Create and maintain accurate shipping schedules.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors for timely deliveries.
• Analyze logistics processes and recommend improvements for efficiency.
• Prepare and process shipping documents.
• Monitor shipment status and communicate with stakeholders.
• Assist in resolving any logistics-related issues that may arise.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Certification in Logistics or Supply Chain Management is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain coordination
