We are on the lookout for an experienced Insurance Advisor to support our clients in selecting appropriate insurance policies. Your role will involve assessing clients’ needs, advising them on risk management, and facilitating claims when necessary. This position requires a proactive mindset and exceptional organizational skills to handle client inquiries efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct policy reviews and audits to ensure optimal client satisfaction.
• Utilize CRM software to manage client information and follow-ups.
• Facilitate presentations to potential clients to explain insurance services.
• Participate in community outreach and education initiatives.
• Maintain detailed records and reports on leads and sales activity.
• Collaborate with the claims department to resolve client issues effectively.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
• Insurance certifications are a plus

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in the insurance industry
