Job Description

As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our software products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. You will work closely with development teams to identify and resolve defects, perform system testing, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and develop comprehensive test strategies.
• Perform manual and automated testing for web and mobile applications.
• Monitor testing progress and report test results to stakeholders.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on quality goals.
• Implement QA processes and best practices to enhance team efficiency.
• Prepare test data and maintain testing environments.
• Assist in user acceptance testing and provide feedback on usability.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the QA team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Certifications in Quality Assurance are a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in software testing or quality assurance
