Job Description

The Burlap Spreader is key in creating a protective layer over surfaces to aid in insulation and support in various industries including agriculture, construction, and landscaping. This role requires physical stamina and attention to detail as the individual will be handling heavy burlap fabric.

Responsibilities

• Utilize tools and equipment to ensure proper spreading of burlap.
• Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to timelines.
• Assist in training new team members on burlap spreading techniques.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Report any issues to the supervisor promptly.
• Track materials used and assist in inventory control.
• Participate in safety meetings and contribute to a safe work environment.

Requirements

Education

• Grade 10 or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in agriculture, construction, or landscaping industries is preferred.

Languages
