Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Drain Cleaner to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to inspect, diagnose, and clean drains and sewer systems. The successful candidate will utilize specialized tools and equipment to ensure proper functioning of drainage systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive inspections of plumbing systems.
• Provide recommendations for system improvements based on inspections.
• Manage tools and equipment effectively and maintain them in good condition.
• Participate in training to stay proficient with new technologies.
• Assist in developing safety protocols for maintenance tasks.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Trade qualification in plumbing is a plus

Experience

• Minimum 3 years' experience in plumbing or drain cleaning.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of local plumbing codes
• Ability to use CCTV inspection tools

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail
• Adaptability and flexibility

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience using pipe inspection cameras: Knowledge of operating advanced camera systems for drain inspection.
• Knowledge of environmental regulations: Familiarity with compliance requirements surrounding waste disposal.
