E-commerce Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate E-commerce Manager to lead our e-commerce initiatives in Port Elizabeth. You will be responsible for developing strategies that boost online sales while managing a team dedicated to delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Drive the e-commerce strategy for product assortment and pricing.
• Monitor customer feedback and improve online shopping experience.
• Implement promotional campaigns to boost seasonal sales.
• Collaborate with IT to enhance website functionality and user experience.
• Lead training sessions for staff on e-commerce best practices.
• Manage website content updates and product listings.
• Research and evaluate new e-commerce technologies and tools.
• Measure the success of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Business or E-commerce is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of successful experience in e-commerce management

Advantageous
