UI Design Lead

Job Description

As a UI Design Lead at Tech Innovations Inc., you will oversee the design and implementation of user interfaces for various digital products. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that user experience is at the forefront of our projects. We are looking for someone with a track record of managing design processes and a passion for creating intuitive interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end design process from ideation to implementation.
• Utilize tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite for design work.
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Foster a collaborative environment among the design team.
• Review and critique team members’ work, providing constructive feedback.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Visual Arts, Graphic Design, or related discipline
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a design leadership role
