Responsibilities

• Log and manage incoming patient specimens and ensure they are ready for analysis.
• Engage in quality assurance measures to uphold laboratory standards.

• Utilize electronic medical record systems for entering specimen data.
• Assist in maintaining laboratory organization and cleanliness.
• Communicate with healthcare providers regarding specimen status and findings.
• Contribute to team meetings on laboratory processes and improvements.
• Work to enhance workflow efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

Education

• Certification in a related health sciences field is advantageous

Experience

• Knowledge of laboratory procedures and safety protocols is preferred.
