First-Line Supervisors of Passenger Attendants

Job Description

As a First-Line Supervisor of Passenger Attendants, you will lead the cabin crew to provide excellent service, ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers. Your role will involve overseeing the performance of attendants and maintaining high standards in line with company protocols.

Responsibilities

• Lead cabin crew briefings before the flight
• Manage customer service issues, including complaints and special requests
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures
• Support the training and onboarding of new cabin crew members
• Monitor the service delivery and ensure standards of excellence are met
• Assist with in-flight service and amenities in accordance with company standards
• Liaise with ground staff and other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Conduct post-flight debriefings and address any incidents
• Maintain accurate records of all in-flight activities and incidents
• Promote teamwork and a positive work environment among cabin crew

Requirements

Education

• Relevant certifications or training in hospitality or customer service are an advantage

Experience

• Experience on international flights preferred

Technical Skills

• Flexibility to work irregular hours and shifts
• Ability to work in a team environment

Soft Skills

• Fluency in at least one other language is an advantage
