Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences or related field
• PhD in a related field is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in translational research

Technical Skills

• Research Design
• Data Analysis Software (e.g., SPSS, SAS)

Soft Skills

• Analytical Thinking
• Communication Skills

Certifications

• Clinical Research Associate (CRA) Certification
• Regulatory Affairs Certification (RAC)

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Xhosa: Proficient

Advantageous

• Prior experience in Pharmaceutical Research: A background in pharmaceutical studies will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of Regulatory Guidelines: Familiarity with the processes and guidelines relevant to clinical research.
