You will be responsible for providing first-line support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring all IT systems operate smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service while resolving IT-related issues for colleagues.
• Perform routine maintenance on IT equipment and systems.
• Assist in managing IT projects and ensure deadlines are met.
• Monitor ticketing systems and ensure all requests are addressed.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and services.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated with technology trends.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate in IT Support or related field
• Bachelor's degree is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a relevant IT support role

Technical Skills

• Linux OS

Certifications

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)

Languages

• English: Fluent
