Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily administrative operations of the healthcare department and ensure they meet established guidelines.
  • Create protocols and standards for patient care that align with current regulations.
  • Analyze facility productivity and implement strategies for improvement.
  • Facilitate staff training and development sessions to maintain high competency levels.
  • Conduct audits on administrative processes and report findings to management.
  • Engage with stakeholders and build partnerships to enhance service delivery.
  • Manage patient and insurance billing processes efficiently.
  • Assist in policy formulation to improve facility performance and patient response.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Services Management is essential
  • Master's degree preferred in Healthcare or Public Administration
Experience
  • 5 years of experience in a healthcare setting, particularly in administration roles
