• Analyze applicant information to determine eligibility for insurance coverage.

• Provide training and insights to junior underwriters.
• Review policy documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Utilize underwriting software to streamline applications.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss underwriting strategies.
• Evaluate and iterate on underwriting guidelines and practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Postgraduate qualification in Risk Management is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in the insurance sector
