Job Description

Join our team as a Passenger Attendant and take charge of providing an exceptional onboard dining experience. You will be responsible for meal service and maintaining high standards of cleanliness in the dining car.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve meals to passengers according to their preferences and dietary requirements.
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic dining area at all times.
  • Ensure all meals are presented in an attractive and professional manner.
  • Interact with passengers to ensure satisfaction with their dining experience.
  • Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
  • Assist in the setup and breakdown of the dining car before and after service.
  • Train and supervise other dining car staff to uphold service standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to the dining experience.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety guidelines and regulations.
  • Assist in creating a welcoming atmosphere for passengers.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric certificate
  • Relevant hospitality or catering qualification is advantageous
Experience
  • No prior experience required, but previous hospitality or catering experience is advantageous.
