Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Event Coordinator to organize and oversee events in Port Elizabeth. You will be responsible for managing every aspect of the event, from conception to completion, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement event layouts and decorations.
  • Manage event staff and volunteers efficiently.
  • Facilitate meetings with clients to assess their needs and expectations.
  • Monitor onsite activities and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
  • Cultivate relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Prepare reports on event outcomes and budget performance.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in complex event planning
