Job Description

We are looking for a talented Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations at our Durban location. The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing a team, enhancing customer experiences, and ensuring operational success.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning and execution of special events and promotions.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Track restaurant financial performance and analytics.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for ownership.
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration is preferred
Experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in a management role within the hospitality sector
