Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Cottage Cheese Maker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality cottage cheese products using specialized equipment and following established recipes and procedures. Responsibilities

• Prepare equipment for the cottage cheese production process.
• Control temperature, pH levels, and other parameters during cheese production.
• Conduct regular quality control tests for product standards.
• Document production data accurately and maintain records.
• Clean and maintain production equipment and workspaces according to hygiene regulations.
• Assist in recipe development and flavor experimentation as needed.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in cottage cheese making or a similar role in the dairy industry.

Technical Skills

• Cottage cheese production techniques
• Sanitation practices
