Counter and Rental Clerks

Job Description

As a Counter and Rental Clerk, you'll be at the forefront of our customer service, helping clients choose from our extensive movie collection. You'll manage rental transactions and ensure our store is well-stocked and organised. If you have a passion for entertainment and enjoy working with people, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting and renting movies and TV shows.
• Process rental transactions and handle cash and credit card payments.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and restock shelves as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest movies and TV shows to provide informed recommendations.
• Support team members to ensure smooth store operations.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss sales strategies and customer experiences.

Requirements

Education

• Matriculation certificate

Experience

• Prior experience in customer service in a retail environment preferred.
