Job Description

The Data Analyst position involves working closely with internal teams to interpret data, identify trends, and provide comprehensive reports. You will be pivotal in facilitating data-driven strategies, utilizing statistical tools to convert raw data into meaningful information. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to communicate findings effectively.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement data analysis processes for ongoing analytics projects.
• Work with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Develop dashboards and data models to monitor performance metrics.
• Communicate analytical results and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Train team members on data analysis tools and techniques.
• Perform ad-hoc data analysis as required.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement within reporting processes.
• Manage large volumes of data and ensure timely reporting.
• Facilitate meetings to relay findings and discuss analytics goals.
• Collaborate with IT to improve data infrastructure.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field
