Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Art Director to lead our creative team in Cape Town. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the visual direction of our projects, ensuring exceptional quality and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Articulate and present creative concepts to clients and internal teams.
• Identify potential challenges in the design process and propose solutions.
• Elevate the quality of creative output through collaboration and creativity.
• Ensure compliance with copyright laws and industry regulations.
• Assist in the hiring and training of new design team members.
• Foster a positive team environment that encourages creativity and collaboration.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts or a similar discipline
• Specialization in Design or Art Direction is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years in graphic design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role

Technical Skills

• 3D Modelling Software
• Web Design

Certifications

• Adobe Certified Expert (ACE)

Languages

• English: Fluent
