Job Description

As a Grants Writer at our organization, you will identify funding opportunities, develop strategic proposals, and engage with stakeholders to realize our funding goals. Responsibilities

  • Develop proposals that effectively convey the objectives and impact of our programs.
  • Engage in discussions with leadership about organizational funding goals and strategies.
  • Edit and format grant applications to ensure clarity and professionalism.
  • Analyze and report on funding opportunities relevant to the organization’s mission.
  • Support capacity building for staff on grant writing and management.
  • Utilize donor software to track and manage grant applications and funding.
  • File and organize all grant documentation and correspondence for accountability.
  • Participate in donor engagement activities and events as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Non-Profit Management, or related field
  • Master's degree is a plus
