Job Description

We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our team in Sandton. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial analysis methodologies and be able to provide insights that drive strategic decisions. You will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the financial implications of projects and initiatives.
• Prepare and present financial data to management.
• Participate in strategic planning and performance reviews.
• Identify areas for process improvement within the finance department.
• Maintain financial databases and systems for accurate reporting.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration
• MBA or equivalent is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role with emphasis on financial strategy

Technical Skills

• Financial Modeling
• SAP or similar ERP systems

Certifications

• CMA or CIMA certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
