The ideal candidate will have a knack for conducting qualitative and quantitative research, analyzing data, and translating findings into actionable insights. As part of our design team, you will collaborate closely with designers and product managers to enhance the user experience across our digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and conduct user experience research studies.
• Analyze data to identify usability issues and design opportunities.
• Engage with users to gather feedback on prototypes.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure user needs are met.
• Create user journey maps and wireframes for effective design communication.
• Present insights and recommendations to product teams.
• Monitor and track user satisfaction metrics post-launch.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in User Experience Design or related field
• Master's degree is highly regarded

Experience

• 5+ years of experience conducting user research
