Responsibilities

• Consult with patients regarding their medications and health queries.
• Educate patients on the correct use of medications.
• Work with a healthcare team to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Conduct health screenings and provide immunizations.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Assist in pharmacy marketing and community engagement programs.
• Evaluate and improve service quality and patient satisfaction.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field
• Postgraduate diploma in clinical pharmacy is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a community pharmacy environment
