Job Description

The Community Health Nursing Director will oversee and manage the community health nursing services within our organization. This role requires strategic leadership to enhance our nursing team while ensuring quality care delivery to our patients.

Responsibilities

• Lead the community health nursing team in service delivery and patient care.
• Ensure the establishment of patient care standards and protocols.
• Manage community outreach programs to promote health awareness.
• Oversee data collection and analysis to improve service delivery.
• Participate in the development of strategic initiatives for community health.
• Facilitate training and mentorship programs for nursing staff.
• Collaborate with funding bodies and regulators on health initiatives.
• Drive the implementation of quality improvement projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Master's degree in Nursing Management is preferred

Experience

• 7+ years in nursing management, with a focus on community health preferred.
