Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Agricultural Technician to support our agricultural projects. The individual will be responsible for conducting field research, data collection, and assisting in the implementation of best agricultural practices.

Responsibilities

• Monitor crop health and report abnormalities to management.
• Assist in the planning and execution of crop rotation strategies.
• Conduct research on emerging agricultural technologies.
• Develop training materials for farmer workshops.
• Ensure compliance with agricultural regulations and standards.
• Engage in local community outreach programs to promote sustainable agriculture.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented practices and suggest improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Agricultural Science or related field
• Bachelor's degree is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in agricultural roles
