• Oversee daily care of livestock and crops.
• Perform routine farm maintenance and repairs.
• Participate in planting and harvesting seasonal crops.
• Ensure farm biosecurity measures are followed.
• Maintain accurate records of livestock and crops.
• Help train and mentor junior farm staff.
• Conduct quality control checks on farm produce.
• Engage in community outreach to promote local farming.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Agricultural qualification is an advantage
• Animal Husbandry Knowledgeable in the care and management of farm animals.
• Crop Management Experience in planting, growing, and harvesting a variety of crops.
• Machinery Operation Ability to operate various farm machinery safely.
• Sustainable Practices Knowledge of sustainable and organic farming methods.
• Teamwork Proficient in collaborating with colleagues and contributing to team objectives.
• Communication Strong verbal communication skills for coordinating tasks.
• Problem-solving Skilled in troubleshooting daily farm operations.

• First Aid Certification: Basic first aid training for emergencies on the farm.
