Job Description

We are seeking a Manufacturing Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will lead a team, ensuring production goals are met while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate production activities in a timely and efficient manner.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
• Ensure that machinery and equipment are well-maintained and functioning properly.
• Oversee compliance with health and safety regulations in all manufacturing processes.
• Manage inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize cost efficiency.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages feedback and innovative ideas.
• Delegate tasks to production staff based on workloads and skill levels.
• Assist in recruitment and training of new production team members.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Diploma in Manufacturing Management is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing supervisory role
