Job Description

As a Mold Cleaning and Storage Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning and organization of molds used in manufacturing processes. Your role is crucial in ensuring that molds are well-maintained, maximising their lifespan and efficiency for optimal production outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day cleaning operations for molds.
• Ensure that all molds are cleaned and stored properly.
• Conduct regular assessments of mold conditions.
• Implement training programs for new cleaning staff.
• Promote and enforce safety standards in cleaning processes.
• Work closely with production teams to align cleaning schedules.
• Document and report any issues or improvements needed.
• Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies.
• Evaluate and recommend new cleaning technologies.
• Collaborate with management on process improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Further certification in mold maintenance is a plus.

Experience

• Prior experience in supervisory roles is advantageous.
