Job Description

As an IT Security Manager, you will oversee our cybersecurity landscape. Your responsibilities include managing security audits, spearheading security initiatives, and overseeing a team of analysts focused on risk management and threat mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Design a comprehensive security strategy to protect sensitive data.
• Coordinate incident response and remediation efforts.
• Evaluate and implement new security technologies and tools.
• Engage with external partners and vendors to enhance security posture.
• Prepare and present reports on security performance and incidents.
• Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity threats and trends.
• Assist in disaster recovery planning and execution.
• Conduct penetration testing and vulnerability assessments.
• Ensure effective security monitoring and logging systems.
• Collaborate with IT to ensure security in infrastructure design.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or related area
• Master's degree is an added advantage

Experience

• 5+ years in cybersecurity management roles
