Job Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Tour Guide to lead our tours in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of local history and culture, offering guests an enriching experience.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct historical and cultural tours in Pretoria’s key locations.
  • Provide guests with high-quality experiences through storytelling.
  • Monitor and maintain equipment and tour vehicles.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to promote tours.
  • Gather feedback from guests to enhance future tours.
  • Assist with tour planning and coordination.
  • Be available for special events and private tours as required.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism or related field
Experience
  • 1+ years of experience in a tour guide or hospitality role
Technical Skills
  • Cultural Awareness
  • Organizational Skills
Languages
  • English: Fluent
  • Xhosa: Basic
