UX/UI Designer

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a talented UX/UI Designer to join our Johannesburg team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating user-friendly interfaces and seamless user experiences for our web and mobile applications. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other designers to ensure a consistent and high-quality design throughout our projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process for new features and products.
• Create and maintain design systems and style guides.
• Analyze user feedback and metrics to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align designs with brand messaging.
• Prepare and present design concepts to stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
• Master's degree in Design or a related field is an advantage.

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design for web and mobile applications

Certifications

• UX Design Professional Certificate

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with animation software: Familiarity with tools such as After Effects for creating UI animations.
