As a Business Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in analyzing and improving business processes within the finance sector. Your insights will guide decision-making and enhance operational efficiency in our Cape Town office.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into operational solutions.
• Create and maintain documentation related to business processes.
• Facilitate communication between IT and business units.
• Monitor market trends to advise on strategic business decisions.
• Support the development of business strategies through detailed analysis.
• Assist in training and onboarding of new team members.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
• Master's degree or an MBA is a plus

Experience

• Minimum of 4 years in a Business Analyst role within finance
