Looking for an ambitious Investment Banker to join our prestigious firm in Pretoria. You’ll be involved in various financial advisory activities, including the execution of mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and portfolio management. Relationship management will be key, as you’ll need to liaise with clients and stakeholders while navigating complex financial landscapes.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial negotiations and manage project timelines.
• Identify potential merger and acquisition targets.

• Present findings and recommendations to senior management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Finance
• Relevant professional certification (CFA, CAIA) is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in investment banking or financial services
